How the money works
Free to open. Fair by design.
Release a finished reading platform-wide — free, or for a price. A family shelves it and it plays in their reading room like any recording. Commissions are the other half: a family asks you to read a book for their child, pays up front, we hold it, you deliver, they accept, you're paid.
- 20% platform fee on sales and commissions, nothing else
- Escrow on commissions — seven quiet days after delivery, or an acceptance, and it's yours
- Auto-refund for anything undelivered in fourteen days
- Stripe payouts; free releases work before payouts are set up
